We have an extensive range of presentation equipment to hire for exhibitions, small meetings to large conferences and awards ceremonies.

For presentations or conferences we can provide staging and custom-made backdrop sets. These can be designed and constructed to your requirements and finished with your company name and logo graphics, maximising your organisations image and identity. Technical operators provide the added support, for the smooth running of these presentations. Awards ceremonies look superb using starcloth backdrops complimented with lighting and special effects to create ambience.

No matter how large or small your requirements may be, we can provide straightforward cost effective solutions. Our hire stock ranges from LCD multimedia data/video projectors (used for computer presentations), plasma data/video display screens (ideal for exhibitions), computer rental and multimedia. We also have overhead projectors, 35mm slide projectors, screens and flipchart boards.

Larger meetings may require public address systems, microphones, lecterns and large screens to suit the venue size and environment. Our staging decks can be used for presentations, fashion show catwalks and other events. We also have a range of modular exhibition display panels and accessories for a variety of uses, covered with loop nylon fabric (enables use of Velcro to affix posters and such like). Being modular they can be used repeatedly and cost effectively in different configurations and can create a whole exhibition stand.

To order, simply telephone us for a quotation and we will be pleased to process your hire booking and deliver direct to you or the specified venue. Delivery and installation is charged extra. The charge varies according to distance and other requirements (such as out of normal working hours and weekends). Technical operators are charged extra according to the requirements.
